The hotel is in a good location in the city centre and it was very comfortable. It's a nice clean hotel and very good value for money.

There were no safety deposit arrangements at all in the hotel. Only cash could be left behind reception. The staff were friendly but unreliable. An excursion I thought they had booked wasn'T. My laundry went missing for 2 days.

The breakfast changes everyday. Although it has less varieties, it has noodle, soup, 2 types of fruits, coffee and tea, eggs, sausages which is good and enough for a full breakfast. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Benh Thanh Market. Many local tours to join.

Great location: This hotel is situated in a prime location, just a minute's walk away from some of the famous landmarks in District 1. It made it extremely convenient for us to explore the city and visit places of interest without any hassle.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for exploring District 1, with many landmarks just a minute's walk away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always there to assist with any requests. Thirdly, the room with twin beds was spacious and cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided a good variety of options to start the day off right.

All in all, everything was fine and exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed at the Cosmo Central Hotel in Saigon for 5 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to help, from the bellhops to the desk staff and room attendants. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything I needed. A big thank you to the entire staff for making my stay enjoyable.

Comfortable stay with good location and helpful staff. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioning, they promptly moved us to another room. The double beds were comfy and the hotel is conveniently near attractions and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location. It was just a few minutes’ walk from the main market area which offered plenty of halal food options. there is a local convenience store just across the street which came in handy. The staff were friendly and most could speak a bit of English. One of the best aspects was that the hotel was very affordable and perfect for travelers on a budget.

The hotel was quite old and looked rundown. The lift was slow and on my second day, it broke down altogether which meant I had to climb up six floors using a narrow staircase.

I must admit that the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they offered us a lot of useful information about transportation and sightseeing locations. that, the hotel is located in a great spot, everything was so close and within walking distance. the hotel had a lot of fun activities that kept my family entertained during our stay.

Honestly, the hotel room looked so old, it desperately needs a renovation. The elevator was slow and on the second day it broke down.
